Justin came out and established there was no refrigerant in the system at all. He didn't just fill it up and go about his day. He checked all the lines, and found a loose fitting and fixed it. Then made sure no moisture was in the system. Once it was clear he added the refrigerant, and made sure the system was working properly. It actually works better than it ever has!
